About Us
At Chase Prime, we are transforming procurement — with modular solutions built on the Microsoft Power Platform and chat- and AI-driven functions for purchasing and sourcing. We are looking for a growth marketing professional who can scale our funnel from lead to customer.

Your Mission

  • Plan, manage, and optimize our marketing initiatives across all channels, focusing on lead generation and brand positioning in the B2B procurement environment (typical Growth Marketing role).
  • Work closely with Sales: define MQLs, optimize the funnel, and analyze campaigns for CAC, conversion, and LTV.
  • Execute multi-channel campaigns: content (web, whitepapers, webinars), paid ads (LinkedIn, Google), events, and performance marketing.
  • Use data and tools: analytics, A/B testing, automation, CRM, BI dashboards.

Your Profile

  • Several years of experience in B2B SaaS / platform marketing, ideally focused on procurement or enterprise software.
  • Strong performance- and data-driven mindset: CAC, LTV, and funnel metrics are your language.
  • Hands-on experience with digital campaigns, content creation, and lead management.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills; highly self-driven.

Your Mission

  • You build our partner and solutions ecosystem: identify technology and implementation partners, onboard them, enable them.
  • You develop the platform business logic: modules, partner use-cases, scaling strategy.
  • You act evangelistically: speak at conferences, lead webinars, create content, work with community & partners (see role “Platform Evangelism”).
  • You work closely with product, sales and marketing to make the platform offering market-ready and scale partner / customer use-cases.

Your Profile

  • Experience building and scaling platform or ecosystem business models (ideally in a B2B software environment).
  • Strong communication and networking skills (partner acquisition, community, content).
  • Technical understanding: you can speak with technology partners on a peer level, though no deep development expertise required.
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience; ideally with event/webinar experience, content creation, partner enablement.

We are now looking for a Head of Growth & Platform Sales who will take full ownership of our product backbone — the architecture, scalability and technical quality behind everything we deliver.
This position includes a clear path to joining the Management Board after defined milestones.

Your mission

  • Own the platform: Design, build and evolve the Chase Prime Procurement Suite (P2P, Supplier, Spend, Sourcing, Compliance modules) on the Microsoft Power Platform — secure, scalable and enterprise-ready.
  • Create technical standards: Define architecture principles, reusable templates, CI/CD pipelines and QA frameworks that turn demos into robust products.
  • Ensure operational excellence: Oversee security, performance and governance (Power Platform, Azure, Entra ID, DLP, RBAC, audit).
  • Lead the platform team: Build and manage a small group of engineers and solution architects with a focus on speed, quality and maintainability.
  • Integrate feedback: Work closely with Product and Customer Success to translate customer insights into architecture and feature roadmaps.
  • Data & analytics: Establish telemetry, usage tracking and performance dashboards for continuous improvement.

Your profile

  • Several years of experience in B2B software / SaaS engineering with a strong platform or backend focus (Power Platform / Azure or similar low- to pro-code stacks).
  • Proven record of building scalable products from MVP to production.
  • Deep understanding of software architecture, integration and security design.
  • Experience in leading small technical teams or cross-functional projects.
  • High data affinity — comfortable with metrics, monitoring and continuous delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German (both C1 level or higher).
  • Pragmatic, hands-on mindset — you enjoy building systems that run flawlessly in production.
